There is no getting around it, America is fat, not just fat, morbidly obese. It's disgusting, and I feel like I can say that without prejudice because i was one of those useless fatties. A short 7 months ago I was tipping the scale at 310 and doing nothing about it except eating and drinking more. Here at the office we are half way through a grueling 12-week biggest loser style competition. This started off as just a couple of us guys getting together after the holidays and throwing down some money as to who could lose the most weight.
